Re: mayonnaise
Well seems like i will have to mix pomegranate and cranberries, and then find what exactly is sharp taste XD.

Wait you have 4m2 stuffed with potatoes, tomatoes, black currents, salad, berries, and herbs you can make tea with? damn!

So the full-pan-size pancakes are like tortillas but made out of pancake? so quite normal actually.

Re: Cadaver disposal
My roots who knows where those are...
Well man if being dead feels bad, then nothing you can do with that tree, you will die eventually, root my words man, you will end dead! XD.

Re: insects & moral rights & eggs
It is totally fatalist.

Re: Family tree
We better call a detective then

Re: mayonnaise
Haha, it's the closest I can get to explaining it! :D Maybe one day you'll get to taste them actual berries. If I ever get rich enough to not care about postage costs I could send over an assortment of exotic flavors! Though Sweden's not really the oasis of exotic fruits, we do have some berries you can get elsewhere in the world... like cloudberries, those are pretty special. And delicious. IMHO. Guess all countries have their own specialties.

Well not really, there's a patch of grass in the middle of it, with three sides facing shed/neighbor/kitchen plotted with potatoes and plants, and a black current tree in the middle. This might be a good place to post a screencap... I mean eh, photo: http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/3baf0f2b3d21f137da75ba5ce925e408

That's from 2012 though, before I left on vacation. You can spot some eh.. edible plants to the right there. It's just starting to grow though... btw, might be a bit more than 4m2, maybe around 8m2... though it's smaller than it looks on this picture. Btw, if you're wondering why we have pots in the garden, it's cause we plant out some in-house plants before leaving, can't really care for those during summer.

Yupp, that's quite right! You have them over there too, then?

Re: Cadaver disposal
True that, but at least you can decide what happens to your corpse after that fateful day arrives! If you're fortunate to live in a first world country, in a time where anarchy and chaos hasn't consumed the streets; have sufficient funds; people you trust...

Re: insects & moral rights & eggs
Totally OK.

Re: Family tree
Your call?

Part 2 of my monster story:
Tommy and Marcus broke the window of the gun shop with a brick outside the store. They climbed in and grabbed weapons. A revolver and a shotgun was their only defenses. So they shot the monster, but it still wouldn't die. So they suddenly found a heavy machine gun and blasted it at the monster, knocking it down. They escaped into Marcus's car and said that they needed to go to the facility to contain the monster. By then they only knew it was too late. Everybody was dead in the facility and all the monsters escaped. Marcus used his key card to open the main door. It read "CONTAINMENT CENTER DO NOT BREACH IF PUTTING MONSTER IN OR FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS" so they went in and they opened the monsters containment cell. The only way to kill it is to use the pill. But unfortunately, the pill is at Los Angeles Monster Center. They then drove to L.A

Los Angeles 5:26 PM
30 monsters were they and mayhem was caused. When Marcus and Tommy arrived, they found the Hollywood Sign was in the middle of the street. They drove down to a detour and got to the facility. "Here we are", said Marcus. They both ran in and searched for the pill. Marcus found it in a room, but the door was locked. The reason he knew it was in there was because he visited the Los Angeles Monster Center in 1978. He kicked the door down and and found the pill, but then an explosion from a lab caused them to go in a coma.

1984 4:30 PM
Tommy and Marcus both woke up and founded that the whole US was destroyed. Tommy grabbed the pill and they ran for the car, and founded everybody in L.A was dead. Buildings were on fire and cars were flipped, trees were lying in the ground and bodies lie on the road. A sign said "We come to L s Ang l s" Tommy and Marcus drove down the road back to Las Vegas to make sure the monster was there. The monster had a monster tracker collar for the scientists to make sure to track it down if it escaped. The monster and it's gang are now in New York City. Will Tommy and Marcus ever make it to New York in time to kill the monsters or are they going to die in the deserts? Find out in the last chapter of Monster Hunt (the title of these chapters). Stay tuned for part 3!

Sounds like they actually bashed the monster with the butt of the machine gun rather than bullets?! Hardcore!

Found - not founded, that means something totally different. XD

Well, despite the occasional grammatical errors and the really sudden and spontaneous linear style of events where it seems like some details are completely omitted while other random ones appear outta nowhere, this is fun reading, diverse; exciting. I'll stay tuned for part 3!

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Well it would be better if their ideologies where more original, and they have adapted some of them to the local situation, but... it would be great if it was beyond that, maybe it is, to contact them and inform yourself about what they really think and pursue is not really that easy.

Wait i am lost, those "That's good" are about what?

We have both public and private schools their quality really depends more of the school than of their status as private or public, but generally private is better as far as basic education goes, the history they teach is garbage, but what do you expect of an ex-colony? lets just say that the central part is "in this land there were monkeys shaped like humans, then the great white man arrived, then his descendants also withe attained independence, with the help of some mixed, the natives and negroes" and that's all, while at that they will teach some bunch of racist designation for names of mixed races, if you want to know the rest or the truth you need to get lucky with a good teacher.

I think it is safe to say, indeed no jobs (good ones that is).

Ah but here they have the excuse of war, which is another black hole for money.

Well our farmers suffer from all that, plus they get their land stolen by 4 different groups (government included) and then there is war.

We get stuff from a lot of places, mostly thanks to Panama which is just there net to us (and was once upon a time part of us), specific exports are, flowers, coffee, fruits, gold, iron.

Get kidnapped, yeah that sounds like an adventure!

Yeah the state "owns" most of the forests, which should not because it should be owned by the different native groups that were already living here before the Spanish invasion, as for who controls those places, it sure is no the state, except when money is involved. This is the 2nd country with the most environmental conflicts http://ejatlas.org/ so that should speak by itself.

Re: drug law again
Probably, bunch of hipster going around wanting to be "different" i bet they will love dem bars.

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Mmm.

The first was in regard to the '... urban violence just like the rest of the world, but nothing compared to what is going on in some of the more secluded areas.' with emphasis on the 'nothing compared to'.

Second was in regard to the '...as of now i can be more open with the discontent.'

That history sounds a bit fragmented huh. Do you learn about the rest of the world though, or is focus entirely on the national level? I attended International school with American curriculum for a few years, and they really added a different angle to their history lessons. The main focus was US history, but even with other nations (didn't get to that part until high school!) there was a continual reference to the US. With the WWs, I remember a lot of US involvement. Can't say education's that great in Sweden, but I am glad we have a somewhat neutral historical perspective at least.

Ah. What do people do when they have no jobs though... join the guerrillas? Deal drugs? Is there some kind of social safety net or inofficial escape route over there?

Oh, true that. War is a lucrative business for a great many enterprises.

Ah, not the ideal place to be a farmer...

Nice. Nice exports too, gotta check the countries of origin next time I buy some coffee... I know we don't get any fruits from Colombia though, least none of the 'common' types.

It seems like one in the movies too! :D

That's a real blotch of conflicts on the map! Though it seems the entire continent has some issues, particularly near the coast. Sweden seems to be doing OK. As a foreigner, would it be possible to buy land in Colombia? If you buy land, would you actually own that land, or might it turn into some kind of conflict depending on what use it has?

Re: drug law again
Until everyone else tries them, and they're no longer hip...

I celebrated Midsummer with a bunch of relatives btw, and the topic of Inca Cola actually came up (not my initiative - a couple of them had tried it). They didn't seem aware of what secret ingredients they might've been consuming...

Re: mayonnaise
Oh cloud berries i think that i have seen those packed on various supermarkets quite often actually (the orange blackberries right?), and if those are rarer then finding lingonberries mustn't be that hard, i just need to get the translation right then.

Oh i see, i was imagining an overcrowded backyard with no grass at all, looks nice but i don't really think that you could use it as a regular food source, maybe for every now and then.

Yeah if you put it like that tortillas and pancake styled tortillas are quite mainstream.

Re: Cadaver disposal
What is the point of worrying about all that after your are dead? is pointless man, sure if you believe in ghosts an all that maybe, but i don't, so for me once you die you become even more flesh than what we already are.

Re: insects & moral rights & eggs
Fatalism is not OK...

Re: Family tree
I will call my hand is quite good actually. (gambling pun!)

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Ah i see, well is good in a conformist kinda way, which is quite lame actually XD.

Yes we do get world history, but it has nothing special to it, the novelty is the chopped national history.

When people have no jobs, they go to different governmental institutions were they will be accommodated into a really shitty job after some weeks of waiting for it and is not worth the trouble (if they get lucky maybe), others will turn to informal jobs (which is practically a part time job with a worse paid), or crime, the guerrillas are in no way an alternative to secure a livelihood, since is a life of struggle fighting war in the jungles, forest, rivers and rural zones.

Yeah not the best place to be a farmer, plus there's no land reform.

Our Coffee is quite famous actually.

Most coastal conflicts are Illegal Mining, contamination, misuse of hydric resources, and oil.
XD haha you would need to be a multinational company, the land being sold is in the scale of entire forest, rivers, mountains, mines, and even some natural reserves which is illegal of course and the president had to call some deals off because the UN had to intervene. As for the conflict once you (il)legally acquire the land, you will have to hire some military force to fend off the different actors interested on reclaiming the land, or stealing it for themselves.

Re: drug law again
Haha is not all Inca Kola just one particular version, XD.

Re: mayonnaise
Yeah, sounds like the same kind! I'm surprised you have them over there man, even in the rest of Europe they're hard to find! They only grow in a few Scandinavian countries... as far as I know.

Yeah, were frontin'! :D It's a regular source for herbs, but as for crops you're right; we just plant in leftovers and whatever fits, here's a picture of our patch up North, early July: http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/cb571751f7e4763d9aab331b98d5a694

Oh, it's trending! We've had these since ancient times though.

Re: Cadaver disposal
I'm not worrying, I'm just wondering; contemplating potential paths to take after I go. Since you know... I'm not 100% you just die and that's it. If it was that simple it wouldn't be much to consider, but ya never know!

Re: insects & moral rights & eggs
I mean I was OK with the totally!

Re: Family tree
lol, it better not be a phoney call :P

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Ah well, it could be worse! As it has been... not much to say here...

Aha.

Alright. As for guerrillas though, people don't get pissed off about lack of jobs; join them as the 'alternative', for that reason? I'm sure it's no picnic, but they're like their own small societies right?

Mmm.

Oh, I don't really know much about coffee other than brands, interesting. It's a new world to discover! Do you drink a lot of coffee yourself btw?

Sounds logical. :) Man that sounds pretty intense, like a real all-out war on property over there!

Re: drug law again
Ahh, all good then.

ahh that's a pretty large garden there!

I guess you mean the second one? :P Indeed.

Monster Madness (changed the title :p) part 3:
After driving for 5 hours from Los Angeles, Tommy and Marcus reached Iowa in hope of survivors. NONE. The monsters and it's goons are still rampaging across New York. They needed gas. "Hey man I see a gas station...but I don't know if it still works.", said Tommy. "Let's go and check." They went and check and saw that the gas station DID still work. While they filled up their car, they grabbed some sandwiches and snacks and drinks from the station. Even there is some cash left.

New York City 6:45 PM
"We have breaking news of a monnnnsstterr attack! Evacuate nooooowww!". The reporter man on the TV then got killed by a monster and the the TV went static. 10 survivors then shot and the monsters and one threw a grenade, killing 3 of them. 27 monsters left. When Tommy and Marcus reached New York City at Times Square, they got out and saw a gigantic skyscraper fell down and exploded in bits. They ducked for cover and saw 10 survivors. "Hey we'll rescue you!", yelled Marcus. That's triggered the 27 monsters. "DRIVE!!!" And so he did. They crashed 9 monsters leaving 18 monsters. They got out of the car and Marcus grabbed a pill gun from the L.A.M.E (not Los Angeles Monster Center anymore but Los Angeles Monster Examination Center) and they putted the pill in, climbing up the building where the survivors are. Marcus aimed at one monster, but the gun dropped out of his hand, landing the gun on the cold New York road. "Dang it!", he said. He the had a plan. He told one survivor to distract the monsters and he would grab the pill gun. The survivor threw another grenade at a building and it blew to pieces. The monsters went to the building to check it out, and Marcus grabbed the gun. "Say goodbye monsters!" He shot them and the pill spread across the monsters, exploding them all. "YAY!", said a survivor. The 12 survivors (10 survivors, and Tommy and Marcus= 12) all went to clean up all of USA. The End. Rate the story fairly :p and thank you for reading these 3 chapters. Have a happy summer!

lol, what an ending. XD Must've taken a while cleaning up the US hmm. I was thinking that Pill gun only had one pill btw, and could only kill one monster. A,s for rating... I'll give it a 5/10. The plot, despite some inconsistencies, is intense and intriguing, and it never gets dull. Grammar's what could use the most work here, that that overall continuity. Thanks for a good read; Happy Summer to you too!

Re: mayonnaise
Well we get quite a big variety when it comes to fruits since we can plant almost anything, and the rest is easily imported since well as i said panama is just there next door, but most things are farmed here.

Now that looks way more to what i was imagining, nice crops btw.

"We had those before they were cool, like since ancient times!" - CyberDevil 2014

Re: Cadaver disposal
Since i think it is that simple, i don't give it much consideration.
But lets say there is an afterlife, why the hell would you be stuck in one country? or plane for that matter, i wonder if ghost can enter the internet, haunt pages and stuff...

Re: Family tree
You never know if you don't bet!

Re: Sweden is peaceful
That "it could be worse" is such a nasty mentality, i hate that mindset, is like you got run over by a truck and the the doctor tells you "hey it could be worse, at least you have arms..." fuck you doc!

The guerrillas do have their own societies, camps, they are a militia with their own resources and stuff, but to join them because there is a lack of jobs? there are a multitude of bigger issues, they probably would send you back tell you to educate yourself on the deeper issues that cover the country, of course those problems are also part of the root of why there are a lack of jobs. If you join the guerrillas is because you really believe that they can make a change (and that there's no other way) and you are really pissed, maybe even want some revenge on the different groups (which include the government, other guerrillas, paras, and criminal groups), but to live as a guerrilla means to live as a revolutionary, and most times as a soldier, even if all you do is farm veggies to supply the forces, your mindset is that of a guerrilla, of course we are currently in peace negotiations with the FARC the most notorious one, and will probably start negotiations with the ELN.

But if you want an alternative is better to join the indigenous tribes, they have a completely different life style, philosophy, and their own hospitals and universities, of course they all spoke their own languages, now as for how advanced those are i have no idea, i just know that they have them, and it is nice, that's why is so horrible (even more) to hear that they get mixed in the general crossfire.

Re: mayonnaise
Got it.

Thanks. It's just at the start of summer up there btw, couldn't find a conclusive pic of the whole patch when everything was really growing, guess I was too busy to take photos at that point...

XD

Re: Cadaver disposal
But the Internet doesn't really exist, it's like a figment of our imagination, a plane of memory rather than existence. Shut down the power and it goes away! As for ghosts, they could be on a different plane in the same place, this planet could be layered with different forms of existence that all live parallel to each other, and only some, for some reason, manage to bridge that gap. Hmm, if someone starts haunting my page I'd assume it's a hacker... maybe some of these hackers are actually ghosts. :P

Re: Family tree
I'll bet!

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Oh, I shall try to restrain my usage of that saying! I've always considered it a trait of optimism though. Like a way of forcing yourself some insight in how your situation compares to others as to better appreciate your own situation. Though I guess it's different if used by self.

Well I guess I was thinking lack of distrust in the government and lack of jobs went hand in hand, but the guerrilla is definitely nothing to take lightly. I've been dreaming of a revolution in Sweden for a long time, but if there was one, I'm not sure I'd actually participate. It's one of those things that might be better if they remain just a thought.

Ah, sounds nice indeed. Not about the crossfire o' course. Do they ever feud with guerrillas, etc, or just keep to their own as well as they can?

(double posting again? goddammit man)
Anyway the alternative model of the guerrillas is as i see it, inferior to the one of our natives, and since we are in peace negotiations, that means that they themselves know that despite the corruption of the government, that maybe war is not the solution, as for war itself if the negotiations end in failure, that thing could go on forever, and who knows what would happen, with technology advancing this much.

Juan Valdez is a quite famous brand it is even mentioned by Outkast in this song http://rapgenius.com/Outkast-red-velvet-lyrics Verse 3 by Big Boi
No, i actually don't like coffee, only in the form of ice cream, and maybe some desserts that are made out of coffee.

Yeah, and that is one of the many reasons of why we are at war, because they keep selling the damn natural resources, even the ones that they should not be selling under any circumstance, the reserves that even international organisations want to conserve for the future of the whole planet, for real i bet they want to be like Brazil and start ruining our part of the Amazon forest.

(it's OK man, feel free to octupalpost if you feel like it!)
Mmm, hope it all works out for the better, somehow.

Hah, creative lyrics! I've definitely heard that track but hadn't noticed the reference. Just noticed now btw that Yelawolf's Peter Piper reference on the BET Cypher is probably a tribute to this, big Outkast fan as he is. Interesting.
So you never drink coffee? I drank a lot for a while, realized on a whim once that it had the ability to cure headaches, but after a while it seemed to be giving me headaches instead, and other problems... so I drink it rarely now, but I do love the taste! That ice cream too.

Man, the whole rain forest debate is so distant here, even if it's ongoing, all the time, every day more and more getting chopped down. It was a hot topic at first, but like all hot topics where there is no immediate progress, the topic just faded away and is no longer even a topic. Real shame.

Talking about waffles and pancakes, make sure to watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAwhSA3Btvw and it continues here http://www.adultswim.com/king-star-king/?cid=yt_kskTrailerDescrip to get the last chapter you will have to play some flappy decapitated human heard bird... thingy game, but is worth it!

lol, watched it. A segmented trip of headless and mindblasting entertainment, with gods and immortals and devious foes all equipped with strange supernatural powers and alien bodies! Nice. Beat that Flappy game on the third try btw, I thought it'd take longer...

Re: mayonnaise
Well i can imagine the rest the photo is still a good one as it is.

Re: Cadaver disposal
Pff as far as ghost goes anything goes, even haunting the internet, i find their very existent way more unrealistic, once they get confirmed whatever they may do wouldn't surprise me.

Re: Family tree
Tsumo, suu ankou, 3 dora, double yakuman! (it was mahjong)

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Yeah man, is such a conformist thing to say, that hardly solves anything, and to make things even worse it is negating and trying to hide a problem instead of confronting it and looking for a solution, is denial, pure denial.

Well if a revolution ever happens (and i hope it doesn't, because man you have a nice country), be prepared for a lot of dead, even long after the whole thing passes, just yesterday news of a 9 year old farmer girl caught on an anti-personal mine appeared on TV, and you know what? we have no idea who planted that mine, it could have been even our own army, so even after the conflicts ends you cant say that the countryside is peaceful (needless to say that the use of such weapons is banned for all groups, because it got out of hand at one point).

Yeah they do feud with the guerrillas every now and then, they just want to stay out of the whole mess, and if they have to use force, then they have to.

octupalpost!? hell no XD.

Black Evil Television!? (Boondocks reference!)
Yeah i never drink coffee, indeed caffeine can cure headaches and boost some pills for an enhanced effect, but that sounds like overkill.

They are still chipping that forest apart, but since it is so big people thing that it can last, and it cant, as all material things it has its limits.

Re: mayonnaise
You mean the rest that's not the photo? :P Yupp.

Re: Cadaver disposal
If you had the opportunity to take a tour around the world and stay at all available supposedly haunted houses, would you take it?

Re: Family tree
Uhhuh, I should learn to play mahjong some time.

Re: Sweden is peaceful
What if people start saying "It couldn't be any worse!" instead? ;)

Mmm, when I think of a revolution here, I'm thinking it may not necessarily be as bloody as revolutions in other countries. The leaders aren't hiding behind the military, they're greedy and naive sure, but not ruthless in the way leaders of all the more violent countries seem to be. A nice and peaceful coup d'etat would get the people in power away from their power, where they keep messing things up, and maybe put someone there who cars about the future and wellfare of everyone here. Yeah we do have a nice country, but it could be better! A sad story about that 9 y/o girl. :/

Mmm.

lol, twas the highest number I could think of.

I wonder what BET really stands for! :D
Mmm, it expands blood vessels, but that can have a reverse effect depending on what type of trouble you have.

I guess they speak more about it over where you live at least? I don't think I've heard anything about it in at least five years. We're really living in ignorance of the bigger threats in the world, getting stuck with the small; inconsequential stuff.

http://shop.savantofficial.com/album/savant-complete
Don't buy the album, just click on a track and listen to awesome music. Enjoy!
P.S 70 bucks for 133 songs 0-0

I don't listen much to dubstep, but this might get me started... seems to be some more ambient VG-ish music too, pretty cool!
PS Half a dollar per track, half the 'normal price. :P I can't remember the last time I bought an album at normal price though... is that O-O saying 'that's cheap' or 'compared-to-second-hand-and-Indie-artists-that's-hella-expensive'. :P

Segmented? the chapters are complete and the stories are linear... yeah i find it surprising since it seems random but they actually make sense, they even attempt to have a message and stuff, not like i will use that show as a modal guide XD.

Re: mayonnaise
I mean using that photo as reference i can imagine how it would look like in the future.

Re: Cadaver disposal
Na haunted houses are too damn boring, i would probably go to more public interesting famous places, or explore unknown places, but haunted houses if i ever do it, i would probably equip myself with lots of light and explore them in a semi destructive way, you know just to know what is inside the walls XD, and i would carry lots of venom to kill rats and other plagues.

Re: Family tree
Is complicate, but quite entertaining (when you win, when you lose is a world of pain).

Re: Sweden is peaceful
But it can always be worse, and that doesn't solves anything either, is equally pointless.

A peaceful revolution? against those that hold the power? maybe if they are willing to hold a dialogue with the people who are unsatisfied with how things are, i am not saying that is impossible, but it doesn't sounds revolutionary, to change a system in that way. But maybe who knows you will need to know the interest an positions of the different parties. Is a pity indeed, even more she was part of one of those cases when the government actually returned the land instead of giving it to some already rich farmers or to a company for exploitation, the girl survived, but her life will never be the same.

Black Evil(Entertainment) Television.
Indeed.

Every now and then the notice appears, but more from the side of Brazil, the purpose is mainly for our government to appear as not that shitty, they want the population to believe that they care for the environment so they pass the propaganda of Brazil ruining the forest, while Colombia cares for it, which is bullshit we all know(and by all i mean a minority) that if they could they would follow the Brazilian example.

Well I meant that final chapter was split up on two videos, I was thinking it'd all be over but then... it moved onto the next one! :O Also segmented as in: containing plenty spontaneity and random brutality. People's inner organs malfunction one minute but then it's all fine again, good to go! Hah, they do say consistent inconsistencies are what make up a story. :)

Re: mayonnaise
Ah, alright. I'll be sure to take some this summer though, so you don't need to only imagine!

Re: Cadaver disposal
Heh, alright. I actually saw a rat today btw, scurried right over the road as a tiptoed across the lot it had strolled.

Re: Family tree
Huh, pain? Are there some facets of the game here that I don't know about? Some torturous traditions maybe? On a serious note btw: so you play?

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Indeed. You could also go by the more neutreal: it is what it is.

Nah, they're not willing to hold a dialog, but I don't think they'd be willing to fight if that's what it all boils down to. They're just the wrong bunch of people in the wrong place. A peaceful shift of power.... wouldn't that be a revolutionary revolution or what? ;) Mmm..

Ah.

SAVANT isn't much of a dubstep maker, he makes EDM and electronic music labels more common then that. Well good thing you enjoyed it and the 0-0 meant that it was kind of expensive.

There's a lot of dubstep in the tracks I've been listening to so far though. Running through Overworld right now. :) Haha, yeah I'll agree with that!

Lol yeah everyone is practically magically immortal in that series even the princess was alive when her body asked for help at the end of that episode, kinda sad that they never figured it out.

Re: mayonnaise
But imagination is great, i want to imagine! XD

Re: Cadaver disposal
It was a rat or a field mice?

Re: Family tree
Haha not really, the only painful thing is that which comes when you find yourself in last place, and is all because you gave away the winning tile to your opponent.
I have play a couple of times online but without bets of course.

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Look, it is what it is because of what it was
I did what I did cause it does what it does
http://rapgenius.com/The-roots-criminal-lyrics#note-605499
Is also my fav album from them.

Then go to elections, you know the normal stuff to do in a democracy, use the system to put the right people in power, for the other bureaucrats though... for them to let go of power you will need to start some investigations for corruption and neglect, because their positions are normally not subjected to rotation, and that is problematic because they do (even if is just a little) posses positions of political influence.

Woah man... I totally missed this message! How did that happen. O_O Good thing I got this sudden obsession for skimming through my entire old blog comment field...

Yeah, twas a real comical oddity, an adventurous abnormality, a senseless squander through that series!

Re: mayonnaise
Hah, sorry about sending them photos then! :P Or wait... did I send you any photos? Maybe that was only to VicariousE and S3C... if you'd rather not just imagine let me know. :P

Re: Cadaver disposal
Hmmmm, don't remember this any more, but probably a rat. As I wrote this from Bro. Up North we see tons of field mice though, cute lil' critters.

Re: Family tree
Ahh.

Re: Sweden is peaceful
It is. Word.
It does. Yeah.
I don't remember that specific track, but a few others from that album. Not bad! Did I mention my favorite? Outta the ones I've heard it's got to be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_Theory_%28album%29

Yeah but all the propaganda they're spewing out! They have the money = they have the power. The people who should be in charge can't ever climb up without the resources you get from being put in charge in the first place. At least the current group have been where they are forever, it's a real elitist community. We have elections tomorrow btw, I voted last week, on the one party it's possible to vote on in this day and age... but I better not say their names.

Here's the facts for SAVANT:
He has other aliases called Vinter in Hollywood, Vinter in Vegas, and Datakrash. He make an album called Outbreak when he was called Vinter in Hollywood in 2009. It was in the electronic music category for the 2009 Norwegian Grammy Awards. He has Savant syndrome like his name says.
Favorite albums:
Ninur
Vario
Overworld
ISM
Alchemist
Cult
Orakel
Overkill is...eh kind of good. I like Requiem of Dreams, Overkill, Wildstyle, and Shark from Overkill.
Well good luck on listening to more of it :)

That looks like... almost all of his albums in your list of favorites. :) Thanks for the info! Still gotta listen through all those other ones. Btw, Amaranthus went by the name Savant for a while, wonder if he's a fan too...

I forgot for Overkill my 2 other favorite songs are Vario 64 and Technodrome.

Mmm, pretty good. Vario 64 had a nice VG ambiance to it, Technodrome was intense!

Yeah.

Re: mayonnaise

Re: Family tree

Re: Sweden is peaceful
Good one Game theory is awesome, have you listened to the newest one? …And Then You Shoot Your Cousin. It show that despite the years these guys still have the sharpness in them.

Haha is ok man, i was forced to vote for the lesser evil too, well.. actually it is not ok at all, it s awful.

Anyway if the problem is propaganda then the fault resides with the people that doesn't knows how to consume and digest a discourse, but to hear that Sweden is suffering from the same educational problem as the rest of the world is really disheartening.
Likewise this makes you think how exactly can such a population that buys into propaganda have a reliable and accurate judgement about the general problems they themselves face? after all they are voting for the propagandist.
It seems then that change will only happen if you go with the long and hard path, you will need to educate the people, to make them think, give them a conscience, and that is pretty much what is happening everywhere, the problem is that it takes forever, and the students(the people) don't really cooperate, so it all goes down to how prone is your culture to sit down listen and let themselves be re-schooled, specially the elderly, they usually don't want people telling them why their traditional political party is wrong, but this is big, because is the elderly the ones that are more eager to actually vote, with the young population being the less active.

Digging through my feed in search for poetry, and look what I find! A comment I'd missed! :O Quick answers:

Not yet, but will do!

True that.

It feels like all education is angled too, even if it's not intentional, and outside the educational system people get schooled via the loudmouthed minorities, constantly re-angling; skewing their views of the world. The younger population is becoming more and more active in elections over here, and more radical than the elders: so many of them who abide by the same political affiliations they've had their whole lives, but hopefully things are changing for the better... guess it might have to get much worse yet before it starts to get better! :/

Great album.

Interesting, i was on jury duty for the past elections and the vote turn our for the young was really low, but then again most options were horrible and it all came down to choosing the smaller bastard... it is also a problem of political exposure, as you said people only know about the public agenda of the loud-mouthed media, meaning that if there was actually a good candidate people just don't know about it, btw a good candidate would also be part of a minority, i don't believe in the judgement of the masses, after all they believe in propaganda...

I'm sure it is!

Did you volunteer for that position? Interesting. Well we do have potential candidates here, but they never get to power. There's a certain party getting more and more votes for each election, and all other parties are grouping together to keep them out, forming alliances to keep control even when they aren't getting the majority vote. Since the past two elections it's no longer a democracy. But don't even need military power to quell potential public outcry: no violence, just words, just propaganda. Wish people would just open their eyes! Stand up for their rights!!

Volunteer? haha hell no, my university sends a list of students and they picked at random from there, and look who got to spend a whole Sunday at a table? yes me.
Ah the old "you may get the presidency, but we will get the congress and everything else", a power struggle, at that point the well-being of the people passes to a second plane.
Education, information, people don't open their eyes by themselves, they have to be informed, and that takes time and effort, lost of effort.

Haha, so that's how they do it over there! XD I WAS surprised you'd volunteer for such a task, after all those previous talks on bastardness and beggers and etcetc. That's how it works here though. People volunteer. Well they get paid for it too, but I don't think it's very much.

Mmm. Yeah, they need to be informed, and of course we know who have the resources to do most of that informing... people need to start doubting the official source to learn the truth. People need to want things to be different more than they want to keep their bliss (IOW ignorance).

They do "pay" you, in my case the money is given in the form of credits that your university discounts out off your next semester's check, and if you were send from a company the money is added to your pay check, but as you can see the people that get assigned come from lists send by different institutions.

People need to do all that, but they wont start doing it by themselves, mass communication is indeed in the hands of the mainstream media, but nowadays are various alternative ways to spread awareness about different topics, of course it all comes down to resources.

Doesn't sound so bad then? A good chance to make some extra $$$!

Indeed. Internet's a medium for anyone to reach everyone else alike, but if people don't want to be reached there's not much you can do... it's not like there's a right and wrong, and a right you can write that everyone will read and be like 'alright!'. Injustice is so easy to angle.
