Looks like you figured it out in that final zoom. XD Sharp mind Doc!

And he never return .. lol JK how was your summer ?

Aaand I'm back. :P Twas warm. Free. Full of sights, momentum and ambience alike, of strife and life... great. How's all with you? What did I miss?

@RedeyestheSecound @Cyberdevil do you like the new ratiing system I do cause now you can see others feelings towards your review

So far yeah. :) As long as others feel good about 'em.

oh cool, I have first comment after all, but it's not worth it. The original first poster was a good guy known as vixuzar/luckylighttitan/overghoul, who seems to have deleted himself yet again (or did he make another account?).

diet update: still the same as 1.5 years ago. Still no alcohol. Still no soda, though coca-cola often sounds good. Failed on candy, as I've gotten it for gifts for two consecutive Christmases. I suppose point taken and I can have a few in moderation. NOT gluten though. I've had it knowingly on two instances. First was September 2018, when I asked for a lettuce wrap sandwich and there was a misunderstanding and I got the standard bread. Second was November 2018, when I ate from an Asian fast food restaurant where everything is cooked with non-gluten free soy sauce. The end results were explosive, if you catch my drift...and then I ordered a sandwich at a local shop with the gluten-free bread, the server said there would be some cross-contamination so I should avoid eating there if my sensitivity was severe. I took my chances, and behold the same gastric symptoms presented themselves. Coincidence, maybe- I wonder how much cross-contamination could take place there, as the toaster I use at home is also used for wheat bread. And no separation of utensils and other cooking utilities too. But for people with Celiac's they have to use their own cookware and isolated areas for prepping food.

Oh you checked the Wayback? Yeah, his account deletions were a bit depressing, and not just the one time either... he may be around here under new name yes. It's possible. ;)

Damn man, you're holding a pretty hardcore diet these days! Though seems you need it. Seems your sensitivity towards gluten is way higher than my own - I had some naan bread the other week and that went alright. Usually I get a bit tired and bloated but that's pretty much it. I believe I might've had more of a leaky gut back when I was eating this stuff all the time, and wheat heavily contributed to it. Respect though. No soda, but maybe other sweet drinks? How about carbonated beverages otherwise? Those trace amounts hmm... if you do use the same kitchen at home it seems there'd be a bit of that all the time. But even soy sauce, damn! I didn't think there was so much wheat in that it'd have that effect. Couldn't have been fried foods otherwise, some gluten there? Respect on actually staying away from candy entirely apart from gifts. I'm not as disciplined these days, it's mainly gluten I stay away from, with many a quarterly exception on restaurant visits that don't all go according to plan, and I'm not a fan of leaving otherwise good food uneaten.

Sounds like 2019 might've been the best dietary year yet though? No major incidents?

*maybe a quarterly exception
