I love this type of game! :D And the visuals. So aesthetically pleasing, entire landscapes panning out with the maps, in a variation of not just locations but also types of light, and seasons. It looks great, it feels great, it's fun...

The controls seem suitably slow considering it's a truck you're driving, and makes it the right amount of challenging, but I wish the road could be a bit more rounded, with more gradual inclines, as it is you sometimes lose boxes even when you drive carefully, at the lowest speed, without even swerving or avoiding an obstacle, just running over those inclines in the road. Maybe the dynamic with the boxes could be tweaked too, maybe a little more weight in them...

Apart from that this was a thoroughly fun time. I hope you make more vehicle-based games, like this or something differently entirely, could play for a way longer stretch of time!

Spent a pretty long time on this one, and it seems I'm stuck on one remaining alien, or possibly a remaining shard, if you need all portals to be active to get out of here...

It's good to see you're back to making these games again, with medals no less, though unfortunately they don't seem to work. None has unlocked thus far and the game's almost over - which gives little incentive to complete.

Also unfortunately don't feel the group dynamic makes this better.

The intent's good, it's nice with multiple characters and story, but it makes it more so tiresome to get through this than it makes it fun IMHO. It doesn't make the puzzles more difficult, it just makes it more time-consuming to go through them all, having to switch characters when you reach different ones.

In addition to that the group dynamic doesn't always make sense, like how Sonya is able to pick the weight, even though you need one of the guys to use the crowbar.

It also seems unrealistic you'd have to find clues to try combinations - , for example, and not just go for a gamble if that's what you'd prefer to do. Freedoms both with character and order of events would make this not just more realistic but less frustrating. Alternatively: a character selection menu you can access directly via the menu - not a room you have to retrace your steps to each time. The alien's a nice touch though, he does add something special to it all, even if the portals don't speed up movement all that much.

I did like the game, and the amount of effort that went into it, definitely seems more than usual, but not sure multiple characters is a good direction to take it all. Feels frustrating not being able to focus entirely on the experience itself, and the puzzles.

Hope you can get those medals working too.

Thanks for the feedback. I was trying something new and I thought it turned out pretty good. I got the medals working after a little research!

Glad I examined that papyrus. XD

This game is just perfect. Simple but witty, even if it had potential for so much more, like for example particular cutscenes for particular stats, and seems there's no cap on the speed stat so hmm...

The fact that none of these things actually have an effect on anything maybe just makes it even better though. Maybe that's perfection. No essentials.

Excellent work. Had a blast with this.

I'm glad you got the reference haha
The speed thing is just an error i missed, really D:
Thanks a lot for the review!

Got to the unfinished bridge. :) Just sitting there turning into a delicious stew hmm, if that's what you must do!

I look forward to playing this for real eventually. The engine definitely is pushing the boundaries for what you'd expect from a Flash game, though I've seen some pretty impressive things so far (like a 3D drift game) so I haveth already been surprised by such feats previous. :P

Feels like the movement's almost too swift, wonder if it'd feel more suitable with a slightly more zoomed-out screen, progresses very fast like this... difficult to time attacks well when you move this fast too. Otherwise the mechanics are great, and the graphics great, the motions great, the story seems entertaining thus far... hope you don't lose the spark required to finish this!

Keep up the great work!

Hi, thanks for the feedback! It's all very helpful! And yes, I'm totally going to finish it! :)

Aww no actual T-shirt? Stickers are cool too but that would've been next level.

This was great anyhow. Appreciate the throwback style, and simple fun, though some of the actions you can alternate between are a bit more fun than others. Secrets hmm, need to play further...

Good stuff. Love simple (but with good motive; forethought; fun) things like this.

oh! you can buy the T-Shirt actually! I might have messed the link up somehow my bad ^^' Glad you enjoyed the game!

Hey hey I won the game! :) Both won and lost, but such is the cost if... you want all medals.

Both buttons and background probably could be a bit more visually appealing - feels like a quickly composed thing - but the questions ain't bad - random or relevant or no. Easy to play; not too difficult difficulty level either. :) Fun stuff.

A little difficult with the thinner gaps, but not bad otherwise! Can't have too many Flappy clones out there, good mechanics, good medal, a little monotone mayhaps but such is the flappy way!

Definitely brought me a smile, and good memories. :) Maybe this isn't inspired by it, but there's a game with the same name from back in the day that I spent a looot of time on back in the day: https://www.macintoshrepository.org/5394-mortal-pongbat

This may not be all as versatile as that one was, with multiple power-up's and what-not - being able to actually disintegrate your opponents paddle was particularly cool - but it is fun in a similar way, and I love local multiplayer games overall. Wish we had more like it!

Dope work! Good mechanics, simple fun and great memories.

I'm preeetty sure I've clicked every character included, many times each, yet no medal...

It's a nice screensaver though. A little chaotic maybe, but entertaining. Nice music shifts too.

Woo this was difficult! Though it wouldn't be initially, seems to take a while for the ball to start noticeably growing, but towards the 50 points point it really is tough...

I love the idea, and the mechanics and visuals are nice, though a little strange you'd be hurt not just by paddles or ball but also by touching the borders of the screen itself. It does add to the difficulty though, which maybe is a good thing if you play it long enough.

That hundred point medal might take a while... after quite a few rounds I'm starting to wonder if it's even possible, I did get incrementally higher and higher with each attempt for a while, albeit very slowly, but after a while it's hard to get even one more point...

The square hit area of the ball makes it difficult to avoid, and there's little leeway with the borders when you fear accidentally touching those too. Feels like a liiittle less difficulty might be ideal.

Great game though. Difficulty curve maybe a little high.
