Week 19

I've been writing, reading and fighting my sleep. Trying to stay energetic with less hours of deeply snoring. Waking up early every morning, rain never pouring. Suns been shining, I feel fine I'm smiling. Woot. It's alright, it's ok, I wasn't planning to write an informative report this week anyway.

Too much to do, and we have guests arriving this afternoon. So I'll see you, sometime, soon.

I do, at least an hour or too every day. I've read a few e-books, articles, tutorials, nothing I can reccomend really.

I'm just trying to sleep more effeciantly, so I can stay awake longer, get more things done during the day. :) I read a guide about it, so I'm trying out the "tactics".

sleeping 6-8 hours is optimal. To much sleep and you'll be unrested, to little has the same effect. Thats just the bodies natural cycle. But most importantly, if you eat well during the day, preferably 5 small meals and nothing after 7 o'clock, you will sleep exactly how you should!

also, exercising your body is just as important as exercising you mind, so get out there and go play a sport, go hiking, do something. It helps stimulate your mind as well.

I know physical exercise is important, obviously, am trying to get as much of that as possible.
